Drone Router Conditional Approvals 2nd
The FCC Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau updates the Covered List to exempt specified foreign-produced uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), UAS critical components, and routers covered by Department of War Conditional Approvals.
What it does The Public Notice finds that the Department of War’s Conditional Approvals are “a specific determination” that the identified devices do not pose unacceptable risks to U.S. national security, and therefore removes those devices from the Covered List. The appendices provide the June 12, 2026 Covered List and the current Conditional Approvals, including approvals for ABZ Innovation Kft.’s L50 UAS and Arcadyan Technology Corporation routers, plus previously approved devices from other manufacturers.
