PN Seeking Comment on Marketing Import Limit Drone Clones

The FCC’s Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau and Office of Engineering and Technology propose limiting existing equipment authorizations to prohibit the continued importation and marketing of specified covered UAS, UAS critical components, and section 1709 communications and video-surveillance equipment.

What it does The notice seeks comment on applying 47 CFR § 2.939(e) to equipment produced by Cogito, Fikaxo, Lyno Dynamics, Skyhigh Tech, Spatial Hover, SZ Knowact, WaveGo, Xtra, and XAG.
