Router Conditional Approvals
PSHSB announces that the Department of War’s conditional approval of specified eero and Amazon Leo routers requires their exclusion from the FCC Covered List until October 31, 2027.
What it does This Public Notice explains the Covered List treatment of foreign-produced routers and records a DoW Conditional Approval for eero LLC’s eero, eero Pro, eero Max, eero PoE, eero Outdoor, eero Signal, and Amazon Leo routers. PSHSB determines that the approval is “a specific determination” that the devices do not pose risks to U.S. national security, and updates the Covered List and related conditional-approval materials accordingly. Appendices A and B provide the updated Covered List and conditional-approval tables.
