Router Conditional Approvals

The FCC Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau announces that the Department of War conditionally approved Vantiva USA, LLC’s CWA438TX router and therefore exempts that device from the FCC Covered List.

What it does The Public Notice updates the Covered List and its accompanying Conditional Approvals appendix to reflect the approval. PSHSB determines that the approval is a “specific determination” that the device does not pose a risk to U.S. national security, requiring the Bureau to exclude it from the list. The notice also publishes the current Covered List and identifies prior conditional approvals for routers and uncrewed aircraft systems.
